Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted on TechPears.com was removed or disabled as a result of a copyright infringement notice and you believe that your content is not infringing, or that you have the necessary rights to use the material, you may send a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent. Your counter-notification should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if you are outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notice or their agent.

Repeat Infringers

TechPears.com reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
